Ive been struggling with what I was told was asthma for years, then other symptoms, then after a hysterectomy it got much worse very quick. I now know for a fact my so called various illnesses were symptoms of estrogen loss.
One thing that has helped me is being able to go to a free prayer forum for comfort. I've prayed for the others there and them me.. and I am not religious! accuratepsychicreadingsonli...
Another is my rock of a husband. Nothing gets him down or is too much for him.
Have a nice day.

Lke I said the asthma symptoms are gone.So are the other symptoms I had - insomnia, bad memory, brain fog, feeling cold a lot, heaviness, fatigue, no energy, dry skin etc.
oestrogen loss is responsible for a whole host of symptoms and women have found themselves diagnosed and treated for all sorts of conditions because of it. Have you had any treatment for it and has it helped your symptoms? Are you still on asthma meds? I’m glad you found comfort in prayer.
amberbrown I am glad to hear that you are feeling better. And yes, great to reach out for comfort in the ways that give us what we need the most. However, while asthma comes and goes, it never completely disappears so keep an eye out for symptoms. We always advise people to speak with their Drs before changing or reducing any of their asthma medications👍
Thank you, I understand. But my initial asthma only started when I started the menopause and now it got much worse when ovaries removed with a big gap in the middle. Unfortunately I have small lungs so I would often be told it was due to my small lungs and low spiro, which made no sense because that would mean it is the same every day, not bad for a month and then fine for a year or more.
