Hi all, I’ve just found and joined this group - and have already read through loads of helpful posts! 🙏🏼 It’s so great to know I’m not alone on this fertility rollercoaster! I’m 41 and met my amazing partner later than I would have liked. We’ve been TTC for three years and started IVF last Nov. We

ORGOVYX- Good, bad and ugly , regarding Side effects- especially if side effects are easiest for first 6 months-thanks
Starting on Orgovyx in 7 days...Need to know your experiences and Side Effects (good ,bad, ugly). Any tips on how you dealt with the side effects would be greatly appreciated. Do you start off with 3 tablets the first day then one each day thereafter? Is it better to take morning or nite? with food

Well Woman physio
Well had an appt with a private physio, who is so well experienced in womens troubles. So wish I had visited her before going on these tablets. They have not been good for me. She has given me hope for no surgery. The last months have been awful. But she has written to my GP saying estrogen cream

When to change IVF clinics
I am at a standpoint with my clinic . I am considering changing providers in this same clinic or change to another clinic. I have gotten pregnant each of my embryo transfers but I feel before each loss we could had done things to prevent it. My last pregnancy ended at 10 weeks ( 07/2022) , normal female

Small follicles on scan
Hi all lovely ladies, I need advice. I went in for a scan on cd10 and they found 3 small follicles. Lining was at 6.9mm. Uterus and everything else look good. I'm just worried about small follicles sizing from 4.6mm,2.4mm and 2.6mm.What can I do to increase the size? I'm taking oestrogen and progesterone

Does anyone take HRT without menopause?
Following on from my previous post I've gone back over previous bloods. These were done 10 months ago so need re-doing but I'm wondering if the low estrogen has something to do with my short menstrual cycles and nonexistent libido. Does anyone here take OTC HRT? Is it something I should leave well

Hair loss getting worse - what am I missing?
I have been struggling with hair loss for 3 years. It is now falling at an alarming rate and I fear being forced into wigs or hair replacement surgery. It's been a long journey, so I don't know that I'll remember everything, but I'll try to hit the important points: 1. I have no thyroid 2.

Made it to 12w scan!
It feels like a huge hurdle to have got to, and I almost can't believe that I have! It was so lovely to see our little bean bouncing about and waving it's arms and legs around, honestly it didn't feel real. I've been scheduled for more scans than normal because of my age and being IVF, but still now

Estrogen , progesterone , Drugs that suppress immune system may protect against Parkinson’s
Drugs that suppress immune system may protect against Parkinson’s People taking corticosteroids such as prednisone were 20 percent less likely to be diagnosed with Parkinson's, while those on inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMDH) inhibitors were about one-third less likely https://medicine.wustl.edu

The iodine question
Hello, I am pondering on iodine supplementation. The b-complex I used it buy have changed the formula to add iodine so I am trying another one. However my nutritionist friend has incouraged me to have some iodine as it is important for healthy breast tissue and ovaries. I am also reading The Period Repair

A long post - How medication was ruining my life, not making me better! Reassurance for anyone concerned about stopping medication.
Hi ladies. A very Happy New Year to you all! I am hoping that 2023 treats you all with improved health and a wealth of happiness. I have seen a lot of posts recently appearing on my feed regarding treatments and hormones, and so I just wanted to share my recent experience of stopping all treatments.

Intense itching at night
Hello there I have been taking 4 pumps of Oestrogel at 8am since November and I have intense itching at night. I wake up with night sweats around 2-3am and my torso und inner thighs are super itchy. It lasts for about 1 hour. I wonder if anyone has a similar problem? And if so, is there anything

Raising t3 without raising t4
Hi, just after some advice re increasing my t3. On paper my results look good, but I am still so fatigued! (Vitamins, ferretin levels all good as private bloods checked regularly) I'm also taking HRT, recent test revealed oestrogen raised, (twice highest recommended level) so reducing my intake in
