Hi all I’m going through the dreaded menopause after having a hysterectomy and I’m estrogen resistant! They cannot get it to go in my bloodstream. Now my thyroid is under active the docs say I have normal bloods yet I feel like an engine that’s breaking down.
What can I do please please help me.

You need someone more knowledgeable than me, but I didn’t want to leave you with no replies. I’m assuming you can’t have hrt because you’re resistant to estrogen. I wonder if something in this thread might help. healthunlocked.com/menopaus...
I wonder also if it’s worth asking for help again from your gp. I believe it is possible to be referred to menopause specialists on the NHS and that sounds to me what you need. Further info here: nhs.uk/conditions/menopause...
I back what SingC says! I know exactly what you mean about being an engine breaking down, that’s a great way of putting it. Do ask for help again - really push if you have to. I hope there is a solution out there for you because the menopause sucks for a lot of people. Good luck.
