B vitamin complex
hi, I just need to know if it’s ok for me to take my
B
vitamin
complex
an hour after T4/T3 with my breakfast. The reason I ask is on the box it states folate - as calcium folinate. I’m now worried if I should leave 4 hours after levo because it mentions calcium?

Biotin interference with Thyroid bloodwork
How far in advance must I quit taking my
B
complex
which has 100% daily requirement of Biotin? My last TSH a few months ago was .03, super low for me. I usually run between 1.5 and 2. But my FT4 was 1.6 (.8 to 1.8 norm. range) and T3 was 134 (76 to 181 norm. range).

Off B12 a week before B12 blood test or not?
Hello, my mum is due a repeat B12 blood test (and hoping for a full iron panel too which I have just requested) - does she need to stop the B12 supplements a week before the blood test? Or is stopping B vitamins only necessary before the thyroid blood tests? Many thanks.

B Complex weird feeling?
I’ve been taking Thorne Basic B for over 12 months now, 1 a day mid morning. not with anything else. It’s been wonderful, nails growing, hair shiny and thicker, tingly/numb arms in the morning also gone. Just recently I’ve been feeling a weird feeling about half an hour later. Fizzy prickly arms, slight

I supplement Vitamin D, B12,
B

and folate. I know if my NHS GP sees this he'll reduce dose based on TSH result and I've been called in for a thyroid panel blood test. Thanks

When to test?
So my question is....she has been taking a Biocare
B
complex
for about 5 years obviously this must be effecting her blood results.....how long would she need to stop the pills before she would get an accurate B12 reading??? I thank you for any help.

I've noticed a difference!
About 6 weeks ago I started taking vitamin B supplements and also CBD 5mg capsules. After about a week I'd noticed my clicks joints had quietened down a bit, my hands weren't as painful and I'd started to walk upstairs more normally. All in all my discomfort had become more manageable, I was moving
