B vitamin complex

hi,

I just need to know if it’s ok for me to take my B vitamin complex an hour after T4/T3 with my breakfast. The reason I ask is on the box it states folate - as calcium folinate. I’m now worried if I should leave 4 hours after levo because it mentions calcium?

Any help will be appreciated

Advice here is to take any supplements or other medication 2 hours away from thyroid meds (although some need 4 hours), so regardless of the "calcium" being a problem you wouldn't take your B Complex one hour after your thyroid meds anyway.
