The below is my own work which I am simply sharing. I have no other agentia other than to invite comments and zero expectations. I make no claim to legitimacy or accuracy. I have less than zero medical training.
It makes sense to me that any supplement should be checked to insure that an ingredient in one supplement plus the same ingredient in another supplement does not result in a dangerous amount being taken.
Methodology: I listed the ingredients from a random B-complex with amounts and under the items on that list listed the ingredients in common with ANRC Plus amounts.

Effect of a vitamin/mineral supplement on children and adults with autism pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/221...

I chose to do this work when trying to evaluate B Complexes. I concluded that B complexes were created as a product without any studies done to assess effectiveness. Does not mean they do not have value, just means they may not.
I decided to look at supplementation for autism which is a neurological disorder. Mostly as I assumed they had the best funding.
I have not reached a conclusion as to which supplement I choose to take. I am leaning towards ANRC Plus simply is there are studies that the neurological symptoms of people who experience autism benefit from ANRC Plus.
Or might just take snake oil and call it good. 🙂
