I am awaiting the latest results from medichecks next week but these were my thyroid results on 18th April…
TSH 2.72 ( 0.27-4.2)
T3 4.2 ( 3.1-6.8)
T4 17.2 (11-25)
I feel like my TSH is creeping up again and may start to go over 4 soon I eat more this seems to happen. If this does happen can I increase my thyroxine now as my t4 has come down a little from what it was. It was around 25 previously and when I increase the dose slightly I had over active symptoms.?
also, when is the best time to take a b complex? Does it have to be at least 4 hours at levo?

the blood was taken before 9am and only drank water. Last levo was 25 hours earlier.
If I start to get low stomach acid issues (which happens when TSH goes up to 3/4) I might increase dose from just less than 75 to the full 75 and then a tiny bit more if needed. Do you think I will be okay with an increase this time as my t4 has come down from 25 ish a couple of months ago?
I have accord everytime and I can’t have TEVA as it causes all sorts of issues.
I’m currently 8st 2lbs (underweight) but slowly starting to put a couple of lbs back on thankfully.
I have started a boots own b complex today as I suspect my b12 has dropped due to restricting certain foods high in it due to selenium toxicity 😞
Awaiting full medichecks blood tests results next week and will do another post with them next week.
