Experiences of amphotericin?
Hi. Jacmidlands over on the BLF forum replied to a post about my 12 yo daughter pointing me in this direction, and I’m hoping some of you can help. She has fairly severe cystic fibrosis, and we’re unfortunately very familiar with bacterial infection as a result, but fungal issues are relatively new.

Experiences of amphotericin?
Small person is off to 5* on Friday for her fortnight of the ‘good stuff’, a little earlier than planned although mostly ok overall, but with the addition of amphotericin alongside IV colomycin and piptaz. I’ll post a proper update soonish, as there’s been quite a bit going on even with lockdown happening

I am wondering whether I should add in a

Vitamins
Hi a question for the knowledgeable, I take a
b
complex
and vitamin d3 together. Is this ok as I've read you shouldn't take vitamins at the same time.

I have had restless legs syndrome for several years now... perhaps 10 years or more... sometimes intermittent but it never goes away. Just lately.. B12 Advice please.
Hi All I am still looking for an answer for aching muscles, which I've had for the last 3+ years now, so I've come on this forum. 90% of the aches are in the vastus medialis, as I am a keen cyclist. I am also hypothyroid and on NDT. I am also asthmatic, on seretide. My last 4 Medichecks Active B12 results

supplements interfering with medication
I also take a normal daily selenlium,
b
complex
(for the B2 but can't get it on its own), zinc and iodine. They are all for my head and are often prescribed by neurologists, so I am certain of the research and evidence. anyone who has cluster headaches will know the desperation.

Test for allergy to B vitamins?
Is there a test for allergies to the individual
B
vitamins? My husband just started taking a
B
complex
(Doctor’s Best) and gets a rash on his forehead, cheeks, neck and wrist (only just realised it’s the capsule). He needs to supplement B12 and folate, at least that’s what he knows of.

Dosage Up - FT3 Down
As for supplements, I take 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 along with 100 mcg Vitamin K2-MK7, magnesium, zinc, fish oil, and Igennus Super
B
complex
once a day. When last tested my ferritin was 170, but the iron numbers did not indicate I had high iron.

Back again
Hi all, this is the third week on my new batch of T3, i already posted about my energy levels which dropped to zero again and then improved but only after taking my B Vitamins again which i was hoping not to have too as they send my eyes yellow. I do not know if they go yellow because my system is sluggish

Update - starting treatment 50mcg Levothyroxine, thank you for your previous advice
I also have a thyroid
complex
supplement containing
B
-12, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Molybdenum, L-Tyrosine, Ashwaghanda Root, Kelp, Bladderwack powder. When is the best time to take this? Will any of it interact negatively with the Levothyroxine?
