Just wondered what members thought of this, on 200mcg Accord Levo.
TSH 0.01 range 0.27 to 4.2
FT4 21.2 range 12-22
FT3 5.2 range 3.6-6.8.
Does this show poor conversion? I supplement Vitamin D, B12, B complex and folate. I know if my NHS GP sees this he'll reduce dose based on TSH result and I've been called in for a thyroid panel blood test. Thanks

I dont feel too bad actually, these are the best results on Levo only I've had. I've struggled with both frees being on the low side on 125mcg and 150mcg Levo so I thought I'd try 200mcg just to experiment.
The best T3 I ever had, 6.8 was a combo of 2 grains of NDT plus 50mcg of Levo, but I'm unsure whether to commit financially to the ongoing cost of NDT. Also I was curious about the effect of taking LDN on my thyroid levels, which is prescribed privately. I've been on nearly a full theraputic dose of LDN for Fibro since June.
Will lowering my dose of Levo slightly improve conversion? I'm concerned that if these results are reflected in my upcoming NHS bloods then GP will lower dose based on TSH result alone. Even though frees are in range.
I'm supposed to be on 150mcg but have plenty of Levo in reserve. I tried NDT on its own for several months but am reluctant to continue due to cost and sourcing issues. NDT plus Levo gave me my best frees results. I thought I'd try just Levo again and see if I could get levels up by increasing dose.
