Complex B

It is a b12, multivitamin and super b complex. I want to try to sublingual b12. Are these okay? Suggestions?

Taking lisinopril (high bp), Vit D3 (10,000IU), Thorne 3-K complete, Thorne B complex #6, Vit C (1000mg), and at time of last testing 60mg NP Thyroid.

I have been taking a B complex pill but not sure if I should just be taking the folinic acid by itself or stick with the B complex.

For the past 5 months I have been supplementing with selenium, Vit D + K2, Vit c & zinc, magnesium bisglycinate, a good quality b complex with folate and have increased my nutritional Iron. Tests were taken early am and I’m not on any thyroid meds. Any comments would be appreciated.

I am also taking B complex, magnesium, selenium, and zinc. After my PCP found free T3 "a little low" in October and even lower in December, she agreed to give me a trial of Cytomel (T3). I titrated dosage slowly, as she had prescribed 25 mcg.

Im on 75mcg levo but my tsh is only 0.4. (0.35-4.5) ft4 15.1 (9-20) Ive ordered thorne vit b stress complex and adrenal cortex. Im hypersensitive to everything. Anyone out there with similar problems?

Previous blood results whilst on 75mcg daily : TSH 1.96. (0.27-4.20) T4 total. 107.0. (66-181) Free T4 17.70 (12.0-22.0) Free T3 3.98 (3.1-6.8) I am supplementing B12, B complex and vitamin D I had subtotal thyroidectomy and subsequent RAI for Graves, have always only been on Levothyroxine.

, so am perhaps not absorbing protein 🤔 My concern is the hydrozyme contains B6 and so does my B complex - Would this mean I’m taking too much B6? Should I perhaps stop the B vits whilst taking the Hydrozyme and just get some B12 on it’s own?

She recommended the following (i will post pics of products): B-Complex #6 as she feels that I am in need of more B6 also, Ribes Genmotherapy, Trident SAP Omega, Fulvic Trace Minerals and MagMind (Jarrow brand but I’m not sure how I feel about this yet) Does anyone have experience with any of these products

Hi all just a quick question does anyone know if T3 uses up Vitamins specifically the B Vitamins because I'am very low again on Folate (guessing around 5 or lower) and have all the symptoms of it. Also my b12 was last checked to be in the low 300s. So I got a whole wack of bloods again to check for anemia

I take a high quality B complex (although laid off it for a few weeks in the lead up to my blood test) and also eat liver once a week, as well as attempting to eat a good diet with lots of leafy greens.

Hi after reading here that we should take folate instead of folic acid, I have bought folate, but my VitB complex has folic acid, I am thinking it is ok to take the B complex and the folate, if the folic acid won’t be absorbed?
