A query about blood testing.
Would I need to stay off the Vit
B
complex
( which I’m reluctant to do) , for a long time before being tested for PA , in order to have an accurate result? Thank you for in advance . I would be very grateful for any advice.

Hello everyone, hope you have a great start of the week! 🤗 Today for Lunch, I sauté sliced Mushrooms and bitter melons in sesame oil and seeds with plenty of garlics and green onions. It is a simple dish but packed with health benefits and I enjoyed these gifts of Mother Nature. To me, that’s the true

B vitamins, B12 and multiple sclerosis symptoms
I read that there are many symptoms if b12 deficiency that are almost the same as Multiple Sclerosis. Does anyone have any information on this topic? I was looking into an article written by PhD students at a University in Australia. And they had compared such similarities between MS and a b12 and

The LLS (USA) COVID-19 Vaccination Schedule - MODERATELY TO SEVERELY IMMUNOCOMPROMISED PATIENTS

complex

Thursday Lunch/Dinner: Roasted purple potatoes and mushrooms with rosemary & sage herb. 🍠🍄🥦🧅😋❤️🌺
Hello everyone, hope you all have a joyful day so far and a wonderful day ahead! 🤗 I remember my childhood, I always had a little sweet potato for breakfast and off to school. It was uplifting, tasty and comforting at the same time, besides the fact that a potato has even more potassium than a banana

Low folate - what causes it and what does it affect?
and my folate level was low: Vit D: 100 nmol/L (50 - 175) Folate (serum): 9.15 nmol/L (8.83 - 60.8) Ferritin: 100 ug/L (13 - 150) Active B12: 131 pmol/L (37.5 - 188) I was surprised with the low folate because my diet includes plenty of folate-rich foods and I have been supplementing with BetterYou

When to take vitamins + iron recommendation?
I take 100 thyroxine and 10mcg T3 in the morning, 10mcg T3 in afternoon (around 3pm), am also about to start taking a
B
complex
, selenium and separate b12. I am confused about the best way to schedule in these vitamins to ensure there is no interaction and to keep them away from T3 also.

Links with Hypothyroidism / Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease - Low TSH / T3 treatment. low Vit D / Post Menopause - Anyone reversed NAFLD?
And I take a Vit
B
complex
supplement as
B
levels were low but not low enough to require injectable. I started menopause during this time too - started on HRT patches for maybe one year? Until it became impossible to get hold of them, so came off 'cold turkey!'

I am also supplementing VIT D/B12/
B
COMPLEX
and selenium and magnesium. Now my results are below only showing TSH AND T4 T4 Level 23 9.0-25 TSH 0.11 It says its an abnormal result and I am to speak with the GP, I thought a very low tsh and a high T4 was the optimum result
