hypothyroidism and peripheral neuropathy
I am hoping that getting my dosage right and my T4 and T3 levels up towards the top of the range along with Methyl
B
Complex
and Vitamin D supplementation may alleviate the neuropathy. The spinal stenosis of course will remain.

B12 and anxiety
I also take methylcobalamin and
B
complex
drops but only three times a week. I was also taking daily supplements for iron, vitamin D and magnesium but gradually stepping these down to only three times a week.

Blood Test Result Help Pls
Hi all I recently had a Medichecks Advanced Thyroid Test done and would appreciate some help with analysing it please. I'm currently on 75mg of Levo daily and take Thorne Basic B vitamins approximately 4 times per week. My feeling is that all is okay apart from the Vit D? TSH 1.05 (0.27-4.2) Free

If I do this would I need to change / stop my
B

? Is it worth sharing these results with GP or wait until I’ve made any changes and retest?

PD, Vitamin B1 and blood testing
Changing to a
B
-
Complex
tab with NO B6 helped lower my blood tested levels of B6 and thus majorly helped my walking. In this case of B1, my blood tests are showing me at 495-504 vis-a-vis the "In range" being 78-185.

My iron and Vit/Mineral results for interpretation please.
Folate
is awful, dropped from March level (when I wasn't supplementing) despite supplementing 400mcg since then (as part of Yippmai Liposomal
B
Complex
). I thought it would have gone up? [
b
]B12 Active also not good, nothing to compare as previous test was inactive type.

The good doctor
The GP also told me to take a good
B
Complex
to keep my B12 high in range. He referred to regular PPI use depleting B12 which I knew. I told him that the hospital had told me to stop
B
Complex
as my B12 was very high at 1800 when top of range was 900.

Test results - please advise
I have started supplementing Vit D, B12,
B
complex
and Vit K. I don't take any thyroid meds. This is only the second full thyroid test I have had and the first one since starting vitamin supplements. B12, folate and iron not tested this time.

Confirming blood tests needed to diagnose hyperthyroid (asking for my sister-in-law)
She's not on any Thyroid meds, but I will advise that she should stop any multi-vitamins a week before and any other vit/supp she might take that include
B
complex
, biotin, or iron. Anything you'd change, or anything different if it's hyper we suspect vs hypo? Thanks as always!

B complex recommendation
Hi there, I have been using wild nutrition food source
b
complex
which I was happy with but they have changed the formula to add iodine which I understand isn't good if you take Levothyroxine. Can anyone recommend an alternative "clean" supplement. Thanks X

Temp going up and down all day
I have been following all your advise and tips and immediately started vit d, b21,
b
complex
, iron, and a probiotic. I also take 1000mg ACV tablets which are the business. Betaine was making acid reflux too bad ( I have a hernia) so I stopped it but might try it again for vitamin absorption.

Armour or Levo?
curious to know the different thyroid meds that are available, currently taking levo but to be honest I have never felt great on it despite trying different doses and supplementing with selenium/vitamin b etc. what’s the difference between levo and armour for example? Can you get it in the UK? Any info

Awful night sweats: hyper, hypo, other?
I've been a long time member here and have had great advice about dosing and blood tests so I'd rather not post my results or detailed medication as that's not directly relevant to my question, but I'm on T4 and T3 and various supplements including magnesium and

amongst others.
