and started gluten free diet more recently. I’m not sure where my other vitamin levels are at. My symptoms are tiredness, occasional brain fog, dry skin/hair, thyroid feels swollen sometimes.

He's been laid up for about 8 weeks with no improvement. He can't sit up to eat and lays in bed all the time. He can make

Should I stop using herbal blends before blood tests?
As I shared on someone else’s post, I had what I think may have been COVID some weeks ago. Raised temperature, headache, tight chest, sore throat, swollen glands, loss of taste and smell, diarrhoea, nervy pains in my fingers and toes, extreme exhaustion. I had little appetite for about ten days. One

Pain threshold?
Am I being a wimp & just need to man up? I really don’t know how I’m meant to feel or if the level of aches & pain I’m experiencing is ‘normal’ or as expected - can anyone tell me how they feel and deal with this ? I’m struggling in the mornings with stiff legs, lower back pain getting out of bed. Then

Advice wanted on supplements to take to try and manage osteoporosis the natural way
I have osteoporosis and don't want to take medication and want to go the natural route to stop bone loss/ possibly increase it slightly. I am trying to sort out what supplements to take, and am getting confused. A definite bit of advice coming through it to take organic calcium, eg Algecal. This

Supplement timing
I take: Metabolics
B

Help interpreting husband’s test results please
complex
All the above he’s been taking for 3 months now (and our diet is excellent) so I’m surprised and disappointed to see these results, especially as he’s so sceptical about taking them.

Taking B supplements when already on B12 injections
I have just ordered some igennus super
b
complex
, as I didn't realise you could get folate in tablet form, which is in this supplement. I have tried to take the Folic acid capsules and I can't digest them very well and they upset my stomach. I will only take one of these tablets a day.

Help with B12 and folate levels
I have a history of anaemia, low vit D and low B12 (i take igennus super
B
complex
). I went down the route of exploring whether I had pernicious anaemia because I have a high MCH and b12 levels at the lower end. Ive been on high strength B12 supplements since April 2020.
