Hello, I’m hoping someone can give some advice on latest blood test please.
I am on 100mgs Levothyroxine. I did trial T3 but didn’t notice much difference by taking T3really. Im not sure if this is because I wasn’t on a high enough dose of L4 at the start of trialing it.
I have taken the D1o2 test and my T4 to T3 is compromised by one parent which is why I wanted to trial it, but was only on 50mgs of levothyroxine at that time.
I am still experiencing a lot of aches in my legs which feel heavy. I am taking vit C, omega 3,6,7 & 9. Vit B complex (Thorne) & magnesium malate. All vitamins by reputable companies.
TIA…Sharon.

Your FT4 is only at 35% of its range and needs to be a lot higher to 70%+.
Really you need to see an FT3 to decide if you are converting or not.
Suggest you get a private test run. See link for companies offering private blood tests & discount codes, some offer a blood draw service at an extra cost. thyroiduk.org/testing/priva...
There is also a new company offering walk in& mail order blood tests in London, Kent, Sussex & Surrey areas. Check to see if there is a blood test company near you. onedaytests.com/products/ul...
Only do private tests on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid postal delays.
So your results show stable blood levels of T4 and highest TSH.
You my struggle to get GP to increase due to your TSH. You can show them the NICE guidelines wher eit states an approx starting dose of Levo by weight with this calculation:
1.6 x weight in kilos = Levo dose.
Probably the cheapest for vitamins would be Randox or MMH. You could also get an FT3 run while you're there.
