I am 13q mutated. 80% involvement in narrow. Diagnosed in oct 2011, started CVP in June 2012 due to doubling time. Went from 30k to over 60k in less than 6 months. In Nov 2012, I started rituxan. Treatment once every 3 months. First 3 treatments went fine. Then they had to stop because of severe

Spleen enlarged
In February 2017 I was diagnosed with CLL and am on watch and wait. WBC is about 66 and other numbers are fine. During a check up in November 2018 I was told my spleen has enlarged and was given a CT scan on 21st December. They have not contacted me so presume it's stable enough until next check up in

Hello ladies and gents. So good to see so many bfps on here lately 😊!! After a polyp removal in the last cycle, I’m now gearing up for my very first transfer in the new year. Can’t believe it’s taken nearly two years just to get this far. But I’m feeling thankful for the chance right now. 5 top-grade

CLL, Bladder Cancer and BCG coming up for me
I've been on Ibrutinib for about 1 year, diagnosed in 2009, first round of chemo in 2012 at Duke Med on a clinical trial stopped because of extreme hemolytic reaction. Chemo infusions again in 2015, worked for a couple of years. Started Ibrutinib in April 2018. Prostate resection in D3cemer 2018.

Starting Bendamustine tomorrow
Hi there! I’m a bit anxious about what’s to come - just dx w Stage 3a Follicular NHL. I had Rituxan 2 days ago and it went pretty well. What can I expect as I start the chemo? I’ve read up on all of the possibilities but thought I should ask some real warriors! Thanks so much 🙏🏼

ibrutinib, opposite effect.
Hi there everyone, Hope everyone is doing well. Happy New Year! I am writing this post because my dad just started ibrutinib on December 19 2018 and has went for two weekly blood tests, and each time his white blood count levels have gone down ( we were told it would skyrocket.) His WBC was at 406 in

Antioxidants: good, bad or indifferent...
How well, I remember my Merlot cure of 2012... Resveratrol a stilbenoids, has been looked at in CLL, and seems to have some sinergy with fludarabine... [i]Antioxidants and their putative beneficial effects on health have been in the medical news for as long as I can remember. Antioxidants act as ‘free

Cll and being breathless.
About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with cll. I've noticed over a few years I'm getting breathless more often and it's lead to panic attacks. A doctor Darren Schmidt on YouTube said the condition could be due to a lack of vitamin B . I've just started taking vitamin B and the difference is incredible.
