Hi all. I had my steroid injection 2 weeks ago, but it has given minimal pain relief. Can anyone advise if there is anything else available for pain relief, do i need to contact the rheumatology team? I am already taking naproxen and co codamol. Thank you Penny

Unknown diagnosis
I have been suffering with chronic pain, which has been getting worse, for the last 5 years. It seemed to start from a road traffic accident but I have not been able to confirm that medically. The pain started in my neck, shoulders and back of the head (where I get crushing headaches) and over time I

IVF with severe daily endo/adeno pain?
I just wondered if any of you ladies had been through IVF, with pretty severe daily pain (probably due to endo, adeno and endometriomas!) I'm 4 months out of surgery to remove endometriosis... Which I thought was going to be good excision, and bring some pain relief, but the surgeon may not have been

Spreading dosage of Preds over 24 hours for GCA flare Symptoms?
Diagnoses with PMR/ GCA (not confirmed by TAB) in May. Had a recent GCA flare much worse than the original symptoms, when trying to reduce from 20mg Preds to 17.5mg. Requested a referral to rheumatology, due to flare, but still waiting 2 weeks later! Seen an optician, who has confirmed no serious eye

Can you take codamol with Hydroxycarbamide
Hi all, I've got a sore ankle from running and just wondered if anyone has taken co-codamol whilst they were on Hydroxycarbamide? I've taken paracetamol previously whenever I needed a pain killer but I thought these might work better. Mark

pain with Caelyx
Hello Ladies, This is my 2nd time with Carbo/Caelyx, 6 months completed March '15 with very few side effects. I restarted in May of this year as one year without treatment allowed one site of the cancer to grow and a 4th site to develop. For the first 2 months I just had the usual post-chemo feelings

BH Lab Thyroid + 11 Results are back
I just got my results back from BH. I would appreciate if someone could help me make sense of them. I also requested my blood test results from my GP practice covering 2012 to 2016, I realised after readding them that some are missing so will trace the results for October 2015 (when I was feeling like
