Apparently runnng out of options for pain relief???
The medication I have tried so far for pain relief is; ibuprofen/paracetamol, naproxen, diclofenac, amitriptyline (which I still take but for help sleeping), dosupelin (didnt even help with sleep so went back on amitriptyline),

Does anyone else feel like this?

Really can't cope no more
I've been on & off zoledex & hrt but finished the course in sept but today I took my 1st period & am in total pain I've been sitting here crying trying to ease the pain with hot water bottle as sometimes the heat helps with pain killers of course as am on tramadol &

30mg/500mg - 8 daily Pamipril 10mg Glandosane artificial saliva spray I took along evidence of all this along with mri brain scans which shows inflammation in my brain

as i have costochondritis! Firstly gp did not care that this was affecting my asthma also makeing me restless as i cant sleep that well took in my peak flow diray as i thort he mite look at that and see i was not with in my normal peak flow range.

what pain relief should i take
I take 100mg tramadol, 2x 30mg

and a 400mg ibuprofen 4 times daily, i take duloxetine before i go to bed and nothing is touching it, please any advice would be welcome as i dont know where to turn.
