medications

Hi honey's, i'm currently on 75mg of amatryptaline, 150mg trammadol, 5 mg of diazepham and HRT as well as fluoxitine 60 mg due to reactions i can't take anti inflamatories even with stomach pills or co-codamol and i'm alergic to fentymol so please what else is out their?????

Hello! Wow that is an impressive list

I can't take anti inflammatories either. I was on them so long my poor tum revolted! I am on co codomol, gabapentin, and citalapram. I don't feel great but it does enable me to function........ Just.

Gabapentin gives me really bad headaches, don't think i have tried citalapram.

I hate taken pills but if i have to rattle then shake me baby hehe

Hi welcome to allergy world ... I take 75 mg dosulepin and 0.5 mg clonezapam at night can't tolerate tramadol fluoxetine or any anti inflammatories. I also found out through my new gp I have a slow metabolising liver explained that's why one glass of wine etc would leave me leg less my liver also can't metabolise opiates so for pain relief I take half a tablet of dihydrocodeine the other half after 6 hours and leaves me feeling slightly drunk but fairly pain free for the day.. Hence the no driving...not sure it's good for my liver though... Would love to find something that helped with the pain I could take the normal dose and didn't feel so out of it

Hi all my mum was allergic to anti inflametoris she ended up in hospital with a collapsed lung and newmonia they put her on steroids to try to bolster her beathing turned out she was allergic to those as well then they found a tumour on a routine xray so ensued a3 year battle with cancer which she lost 2years ago on 21 Feb 2010 .such is life it goes to show we could be worse off now I'm gettin morbid gave been in agony since friday hope it will ease off its shoppin day tomorrow .

Don't worry about it honey, all it takes is a word and when your in pain it can send you down that road, hope you feel better soon honey
