GCA dither
In the early stages of 'my' PMR, in June, July, last year I was a bit panicky about GCA as I started to get fleeting headaches with migraine style visual disturbance...similar to those I used to experience occasionally in my thirties and forties,( although those earlier migraines were longer and more

Cluster headaches
Has anyone found the Sumatriptan Nasal Spray or Injection useful for their headaches. The NHS website says I should be offered Oxygen Therapy, has anyone tried this? I'm currently on Naratriptan 2.5mg Oral but it doesn't seem to have much effect

light bleeding 5w2d pregnant / PGT-A FET
hi everyone, I had a successful FET with a top quality embryo. Beta hcg levels were high and confirmed the pregnancy. I’ve been having some spotting for the past couple of days and I’m so worried it’s the start of a miscarriage as it started really light for a day then got a bit more bright. No cramps

Blighted Ovum?
Hi Everyone, I hope you all are doing as best as you can. I tend not to post too often here, though I'm around alot. I've been very lucky in my IVF journey and I'm conscious of that.So I had my last embryo transferred end July. Shocked to find it worked. I'm nearly 43, embryo was frozen when I was 40

Botox in the head
I went for a Botox treatment of the tremor in my left arm and wrist. My wife mentioned I have a lot of headaches and sometimes take her migraine pills. The neuro mentioned that she has left-over botox that can't be returned so after stabbing my elbow and wrist she stabbed me in the head. For

Managing migraines
Hi, I thought it might be helpful to join this group to try and get ideas / share the pain!! with fellow sufferers. I have called myself 'Backstroker' as I need to learn to do this, I like swimming but breaststroke aaggravates my neck pain which is linked to my migraines. Thanks

low beta hcg after IVF day 5 fresh transfer
Got my first beta back on 13dp5dt and it was only 167. I am spiraling because this number is considered low. Googling everything did not help because most of the research agrees that it is too low. Doing a second beta on Monday (16dp5dt) and am so anxious. What are the odds this pregnancy will be viable

Clearblue weeks test are they accurate? low beta 9dp5dt
hey 👋 so I sent a medichecks test away at 9dp5dt and it’s come back 55 so quite low positive which I’m really gutted about. I know technically it is about doubling time and sometimes the embryo implants late…. my OTD isn’t actually until 14dp5dt so was thinking of maybe trying a clearblue weeks indicator

Oximeter
The reading on my Pulse Oximeter was BPM 56 and Oxygen 21 and I have a dull pain on the right hand side of my chest close to my armpit. I can't go to my local hospital after insidents where I don't feel safe and I do not have a GP. Is there anything I can get from a pharmacy. I am in the UK. Thanks

Kwells / Hyoscine Hydrobromide contraindication
Does anyone happen to know why those with thyroid problems or heart conditions and those over 60, (I have all three) should speak to their doctor before taking these for motion sickness. A pharmacist who was aware of my medical conditions suggested Kwells for me. Only just read the pil in full. I haven

6 weeks pregnant and hardly any symptoms …
I am currently 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant with my ivf miracle baby. I don’t feel like I have many symptoms . I have sore breasts in the morning and occasional cramping was worse over the last few weeks . I sometimes feel sickly but not nauseous or being sick. I don’t feel like I’m really tired but do
