Hi lovely ladies hope you are all well 💕 I know I should have listened to you all when you said to wait for my OTD but I just haven’t been able too!! And now I see why because I’m super worried I’m having a chemical pregnancy 🤦♀️ It’s my OTD tomorrow morning and I’m sure the line today looks lighter

HCG and HPT? *maybe sensitive*
Good morning lovelies! I’m 6DP5DT (frozen). My impatient self started testing at 4DPT😆. I saw the faintest line ever and have watched it get darker every morning since. Yesterday the camera barely picked it up but today it’s quite a lot darker! I’m so excited 🤩 I know it’s early yet and anything could

Surprise with obinutuzumab + venetoclax treatment
Hi all. I would like to briefly tell my story of HLL and ask for advice from the participants of this wonderful forum. The disease was diagnosed in 2008. I was under observation for 12 years. In addition, maybe because of CLL, I developed kidney failure. In 2020, the decision was made to start treatment

Shingles and azathioprine
Hi all, today I have been diagnosed with shingles. The doctor started me on Aciclovir. I’m not sure if I can keep taking my azathioprine or not. Forgot to ask the doctor. Anyone has been in the same situation as me? Thanks.x

Low HCG 31
Hi everyone, I've had a very low hcg of 31 9 days post day 5 blastocyst transfer. Very mildly positive urine pregnancy test. My clinic wants me to continue the meds for 7 days. Feels like it will be a poor outcome with such a low reading. Has anyone got any experience of a low reading like this? Thanks

Confused with Beta results 🤯
Morning all, I had a Beta HCG done yesterday and it was 114535 and said 5-6 weeks. Yet on line it read 7weeks. So confusing. I’m assuming you go by implantation day. Stupid question I know 🥰

Blood test result is negative. Help needed with next steps.
Today was my OTD and it came negative. Wondering what are the questions I should ask my doctor in my follow up meeting with him? Some more details: I am 45 yo .Used donor eggs for this cycle. HCG number from the blood test is <1. What does that mean exactly . Will there be any risk in future cycle

***Sensitive*** Miracle natural BFP
I had my third miscarriage on 3rd March, then my period returned on 28th March. Yesterday I did a First Response pregnancy test and it was positive! I ran to my clinic for blood test. We just moved our last 2 blastocysts from the NHS to the private clinic and I was due a double transfer in May/June.

ULTRA-V trial discontinuing
My second post in a day. I wanted to share how my doctor approached TG Therapeutics pulling the trial as well as not seeking umbralisib FDA approval. I was in phase two and finished venetoclax and ublituximab a year ago. Because I didn't quite reach MRD negative (blood did; bone marrow did not), we

EVOLVE trial for high risk chronic lymphocytic leukemia - CLL patients will test an early treatment intervention Vs watch and wait
'The goal of the S1925 [EVOLVE] trial is to find out if early treatment can help people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) live longer and have a better quality of life.' 'Studies show that early treatment using older chemotherapy drugs doesn’t help

HCG doing weird things - help?!
Looking for some advice, or to see if anyone has had a similar experience. Absolutely going out of my mind here 😔 We had a 5 day transfer from ICSI on the 28th March (so 3 weeks ago). I got a positive at 9dpt, but started bleeding and cramping the same day. Clinic increased my progesterone, and told

five years almost since I first fell ill with hypo/Hashi
At the age of 24 I was working 37 hours per week. No health issues to think about just a normal humdrum existence. Yes, my eating habits were a bit rubbish but other than that I was ticking along nice. That was until the 22/06/2017 I went to work as usual by lunch time I felt a bit under the weather.

Immune System..
Came across with a good article on Boosting your immune system… 4 ways to strengthen your body’s natural defenses By Stephen Kopecky, M.D. In early 2020, life as most of the world knew it came to a screeching halt. That’s when a previously unknown virus began spreading like wildfire, forcing businesses
