Is it BPPV or anxiety and stress?
I just feel like I am absolutely going crazy and can't seem to get answers. I have had GAD for many years, all stemming from panic attacks in my teens. Six years ago I suffered from major anxiety while living alone and developed vertigo. This off-balance feeling and an inner rocking sensation. It dissipated

Episodes of RLS months apart
Hi, I used to get RLS about once every year or two in the summer for a few nights and then it would disappear completely. It was so rare it didn't bother me. Then at Christmas just gone I had a longer episode. I went for a blood test and my folate and magnesium levels were perfect. I went to a chiropractor

Chiropractor (for pain)
I had a half replacement knee, last summer and after a brief spell of improvement - the pain is back - I freeze at doorways, when having to change directions etc I have an appointment with a Chiropractor in 2 weeks time but am concerned that, after less than 12 months - my knee op was a waste of time

Shoulder and Chest Pain
Hi, I've been having shoulder and neck pain for almost a year now, and over the last month I'm also having pains in my chest. My blood pressure and ECG have come back normal. I've been told it may be due to poor posture, stretching my shoulder and chest muscles. But I've tried exercising, massage, chiropractor

Do thyroid issues interfere with chiropractic adjustments?
Since then I have had much
chiropractic
and physio treatment, often to no avail. My misalignment is stemming from upper neck c1 atlas and treatment struggles to hold so I am back to square one. I have had a lot of pain and discomfort most of my life, unable to do so much.

What is the pain?
I was wondering how people go about trying to figure out if their pain is endo related or something else? I had my last lap in December (3rd lap) and I'm experiencing pelvic pain again. I'm trying to figure out if it's endo or something else. I've been to the chiropractor today who has released my soas

Depression/anxiety following chiropractic treatment
Apparently
chiropractic
treatment can disturb the chemical balance in the brain, especially if work is done on the neck. I suffer from OCD anyway, have done since childhood. Perhaps that makes me a bit more vulnerable. The more intense feelings are wearing off now, but it is still worrying.

Sciatica and Phn pain same time?
Hi I am new to this forum. I am having terrible byrning pain in my right leg, thigh and calf which has started three weeks ago around Easter time. I was having sciatica pain and am treated by an osteopath for the last few months. It all started in December before Christmas after a nasty bout of cold

10K gradation vs DIY and wind!
Hi everyone - I graduated from couch to 5k last June - I remember putting something on the other forum about lessons learned (something about eating insects and conversations with Laura!). I had built up to 7K by September last year, but struggled to get any further due to issues with my back and hips

Hello!
I've been following this forum for a while. This is my story so far: Diagnosed 2012, never told what type MS. Had severe fatigue, numbness and tingling in arms and legs, MS hug, Lhermitte's sign & weight loss (that was nice😊). MRI showed cervical and thoracic lesions, positive LP & failed VERS test.

Tecfidera & MRI update
This morning I took my first dose of the 240mg Tecfidera and so far everything has been going well. I make sure to take a low dose aspirin about 30 mins before taking the pill. I also make sure I have a bowl of cereal in the morning and eat something for dinner....usually doesn't matter what I have.

Doctors wants me to try a new medication... go figure, has anyone tried this?
Amitriptyline?? I've had chest muscle/wall pain for awhile and he was saying this helps with nerve pain. My husband is going to pick up my prescription and I feel like we're wasting our money bc I've already looked up the medicine and saw that it can cause damage to your heart muscle. 🙄🙄 all the
