POSTURE (BEND IN NECK)
I recently developed a bend in my neck which makes me have a stooped posture. This apparently seems to be common for people with PD. I have been doing neck exerciises religiously every day to try to reverse the problem, but without any success. Does anyone have any good suggestions on how this problem

Frozen shoulder
I have had frozen shoulder in both my shoulders for about a year now. The right one is due to calcified tendonitis and the left one is due to my short neck making my shoulder roll forward. I was also told my big chest does not help. It is most painful at night but also sometimes during the day if I

Hi everyone I haven’t posted in a while. Finished the C25K in September and just kept going a bit. I thought it sounded like a good idea at the time to keep me motivated to sign up for a 10k that was at the end of November. To start with it was going great, I just kept going a little faster or little

Severe Neck Pain after VM
I was wondering if anyone has any insight on neck pain after Viral Meningitis. Before this illness I would have normal, stress related type tightness in my neck and shoulders from leaning over a desk. Now as I recover I am having terrible issues with my neck. My MRI showed that I had arthritis and a

Apologies for the longer message. Hey everyone. I am a 31 y/o male and have been having lots of neck pain, pain near hips, knees, elbows, wrists, ankles and my body is very stiff all the time. I can never sleep well, and even if I do manage to get some sleep I still feel exhausted and anxious all

Week 9 run 2 complete
It's getting close now, the podium is in sight! Just completed a very slow jog in the rain and my hip hurts (I suffered from SPD during pregnancy and I still get twinges) so off to see chiropractor tomorrow. Then... will do my graduation run next week ☺️ Can't believe how far I've come since the first

Osteoarthritis and fybromyalgia
I was diagnosed last year by a physio consultant with osteoarthritis with fybromyalgia elements. I have never had any x-rays and am not sure whether I should have done. I am not convinced that I have the fybromyalgia though, just osteoarthritis. Pain is not too bad and I haven't got any worse since
