Have been told my consultant never to go to chiropractic , get massage or do yoga as joints are not stable with RA . Although Pilates is fine .
😁🙈
I have regular chiropractic about every 4 weeks and have done so for the last 10 years. I see a Mctimoney chiropractor and she is very gentle but just readjusts me so that my body is in alignment and suffering as little as possible from being out of balance in any way. So often we favour one side or another if in pain and this then causes tension somewhere else. Works wonders for me!

But, as always, it’s important to find the right therapist, and only go to someone who is licensed and recommended.
Hi Matilda. Thank you for your replying. How many days have you visited chiropractic? How long does chiropractic effect work on you? Do you also suffer from RA that has internal organ symptoms other than joints? Thank so much
I have used a Chiropractor regularly for over 20 yrs since my husband had good results from his Chiropractor for his back. My neck and back is really stiff from damage due to RA so I get to a stage when I know I need to go. Of course it doesn’t get rid of the stiffness/pain completely but he helps me get back into alignment and gives a bit of acupuncture on my inflamed muscles. I always feel so much better after. It just doesn’t last long though but I wouldn’t be without my very understanding Chiropractor. Maybe worth a try 😃
