Shoulders and upper back and chest in pain

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site. I've never been diagnosis with FB, but I've been feeling this way for years I know over 20. On last night I couldn't get comfortable in bed. When I woke up for work this morning I was in pain especially when I got out of the shower (not sure if it was from the hot water) and headed to work. I'm at work now in pain. I do office work and sitting at a desk all day. I usually get up and stretch and walk some to relieve some pain. Today I will be seeing the Chiropractor for the second time in 2 weeks. Hoping I get some relief. Happy Thanksgiving.
