Week 9 run 2 complete

It's getting close now, the podium is in sight! Just completed a very slow jog in the rain and my hip hurts (I suffered from SPD during pregnancy and I still get twinges) so off to see chiropractor tomorrow. Then... will do my graduation run next week ☺️ Can't believe how far I've come since the first time I set out back in July, exhausted after running for just one minute.

This program is amazing.. I m going to be a runner for life as a result.
