Impatient!
Hi Everyone, I am in week 4 of my quit (5 weeks on
Champix
) and I don't feel amazing like I thought I would. I have noticed that this week I am craving A LOT! I have always been into excercise but don't feel like going for a run, which is disappointing because that was one reason I quit.

Smoking is not an option... My mantra!
Because smoking is not an option, I decided to go back on the
champix
, it might just be stupid and unnecessary, but I'm not taking any risks. I'm 2 weeks in, I'm going to do 3 months, no side effects and the thoughts are gone, and I'm paradise again.... I'm happy! Whatever it takes!

Cutting down on champix
Only really struggling with boredom at work when on my break, been to the hypnotist and using hypnotism to relax before I sleep bu really want to come off the
champix
as they mess my brain up too much for work.

Day 5 of champix
Champix
is going better than I thought smoking less and even when I do have a cig I'm not finishing it, the only down side is I am so tired with tossing and turning all night :( but I'm staying strong, I thought the feeling sick would put me off but I just have something to eat and I'm fine

Little boost!
I started taking
champix
on 21st July as I had some left over from a previous quit as the nurse at work said she was going to be running a quit smoking clinic, went to see her on28th July and she then realised there was some technical problem so couldn't give me a prescription so had to make an appointment

Quitting smoking.
I'm taking
champix
half dose & that seems to help me overcome the cravings but the habit of reaching for a cigarette is something I'm finding hard to overcome. Any tips to change the habit with my hands? Thank you xx

Wondering which one to try
For instance you may like to consider the stop smoking medication
Champix
which your adviser can arrange for you through your GP.

Weird taste in my mouth
Not sure if its the not smoking,
champix
, or the medications i take for my ticky ticker. Could even be the combination of all of them. Not feeling sick or anything. If the taste hangs around for a few days, will take a trip to the doc. Was wondering is anyone else has had this?
