Champix is going better than I thought smoking less and even when I do have a cig I'm not finishing it, the only down side is I am so tired with tossing and turning all night :( but I'm staying strong, I thought the feeling sick would put me off but I just have something to eat and I'm fine

Hello. I have to admit that Champix did not agree with me but they do work a treat for lots of people.

I think the key is to just stick at it (as you are doing). Any method to quit requires a certain level of determination to work and if you are already smoking less, then you are doing well.

Keep going. Perhaps the sleep issues will settle down. You can do this so stay strong and fight your way through!

Emma..... Yes, Champix did the same for me from almost sixty per day to 0 on day nine on Champix...Tiredness was on of the things that was the most difficult to cope with...It was actually a combination of tiredness and totally not able to sleep...Have spent sleepless hours on the Net looking for answers... Glad I did though....Stay strong and keep us posted..!!

Hi. I used champix for the first few weeks. It certainly was useful for getting through the difficult first 3,weeks. I had to stop eventually becaysevit made me so tired and sick but is definitely good as a launch pad.

Good luck xx
