Emma, Welcome and truly the Champix makes it easier by mimicking nicotine and the cravings is not that fierce...Although I have found the physiological part hard, the emotional side, and the Blah's... Complete the whole 12 weeks on Champix and you will have success..!

Huge congratulations Emmacamcri , delighted to see you in Day 1. You MUST keep up the mindset of desire and determination to remain quit in order to succeed. Keep the mantra of NOPE - Not One Puff Ever (for today), take it one day at a time.

Feeling chesty is perfectly normal, if not already done so, have a read of below. We look forward to reading your progress, well done again :)

Hello Emma, don't worry about feeling chesty, lots of people experience it. There are a lot of physical and mental peculiarities in the first week!

Hope it's going well for you today. Post whenever you feel like it to let us know how it's going.

Hello Emma. Sorry for the delay in reply. Keep going and it will get easier. I found actually getting started was really tough and once you have, you just keep telling yourself to keep going an hour at a time if need be.

Hang in there. ☺🖒
