How Do I Beat Anxiety?
Where do I start? ⊠I have been worrying about my health day in day out since April this year, even though I have been deemed healthy by 3 doctors after numerous tests which included, numerous blood tests, urine tests, blood pressure tests, eye tests, thyroid tests, pap smears, and basic examinations

Can't cope anymore đ
As I lay awake and crying for the 2nd night in a row I feel I truly can't take it anymore!! I am 28 years old and have been battling with endometriosis for the past 10 years+ and nobody will admit endometriosis is the cause of all my problems. Year on year, month on month, my symptoms have gotten progressively

Lap tip
Hi,. For all you out there about to have laps, you may find this tip useful. When I had my second a I asked for a smear test at the same time as I find them very painful, so much so I had to have them done at the hospital as gp was unable to do it as it was too painful. My surgeon was happy to do one

Fibroids, Colonoscopy, Anemia and PBC
This is going to be somewhat of a complicated post. I was diagnosed with PBC in 2014 by biopsy. I am at stage 2 as of then. I was also diagnosed last year with a uterine fibroid that was watched by ultrasound and was supposedly getting smaller, so we did nothing else with it. So I got to my Gastroenterologist

Endo question
I was diagnosed with stage 3 endo in my first lap about 4 weeks ago. The only reason I went for a lap was because I had been trying to get pregnant for 10 months and my doc said Pap smears aren't really supposed to be uncomfortable (didn't know that). I was wondering how do you know if the endo has come

Not a good day
So after my âwhy am I bleedingâ status, I contacted my fertility center and explained it seems to be brown discharge more of a day and then red of a night, but nothing on a pad, just when I go the toilet and wipe myself. They explained itâs not connected to my miscarriage that I had in August. So they
