Irregular periods and not ovulating?

Hi guys, ive just got back from getting some hormonal test results and they said i didnt ovulate last month so i need to do another set of tests halfway through this months cycle. As a little background im 24, ive had 2 laps for endo the last one was june 2015, ive been trying to concieve for a year and a half but nothing apart from a miscarriage early on in jan last year. I was wondering whether this has affected anyone else? Does endo affect monthly ovulation ie only ovulate every other month? I also had my first smear this morning as she said i was dry which is typical of someone going through the change?? Any input would be great, id hate it if i was starting the change now!
