Gardening wobbles
Could it be due to the steroids, or lack of
calcium
, I have been on 7mg prednisolone for quite some time ? Any help would be appreciated.

Does parathyroid hormone worsen osteoporosis?
As I understand it the parathyroid hormone actually controls the level of
calcium
in the body. An excess of the hormone diverts
calcium
from the bones where in my case it is needed, to the blood, where I fear it may be contributing to hardening of the arteries.

STATINS
I ask as i've been led to believe that K2 vitamin directly moves the
calcium
directly into the bones and not straight into the arteries. I've also read that if you take statins with this vitamin it stops it from doing this task??

Anxiety again
Well it’s been a hard two weeks. My GAD has flared again. I’ve been climbing the walls again. I think the past year and a half has caught up with me. I’ve been pushing my limits for a long time. With my operation and recovery, going back to work too early, my sister ‘s stroke and running back and

HELP⁉️❓🆘
I'm also trying to cope with the high potassium, &
calcium
restrictions, I do seem to be ok with the phosphates, which is funny since almost all prepackaged food & drink items have phosphates in them.

To come back to
calcium
. I discovered that PA can cause more than B12 deficiency when gastritis and low stomach acid starts. A number of deficiencies can happen. In my case I have long term pleural pain and falling egfr.

Beta Blockers vs. Calcium Channel Blockers - Which causes weight gain?
I'm considering switching to a the
calcium
channel blocker, Diltiazem, to see if weight loss is better with that drug. Any advice on what I should do would be greatly appreciated.

What should I be doing about tapering prednisolone?
Also there was nothing about
calcium
and Vit D tabs (or thankfully the dreaded Alendronic Acid!) If I buy over the counter
calcium
and Vit D, would they be the right strength?

PLMD and withdrawal
Three weeks ago I stopped (after tapering slowly) gabapentin. I have also been reducing morphine sulphate from 8mg by .01mL every 5 days for the last three weeks. PLMD off the charts. I take 2mg lunesta every 3 nights -- and not more -- in the hopes of not getting addicted. Those nights are better
