Hi Can I please ask, if anybody takes a K2 vitamin and statins? I ask as i've been led to believe that K2 vitamin directly moves the calcium directly into the bones and not straight into the arteries. I've also read that if you take statins with this vitamin it stops it from doing this task??

The information about K2 (Mk7) has been around for a while... I read up about it on the Internet. Also from this site. But was curious 🤔 about it working when somebody takes it with statins?? I searched on Google and got two different answers, this is why I was asking.

Thank you. I am afraid I do not go for vitamin supplement. But what you have mentioned is bery interesting. I do eat few food that are rich in K2

I take statins and I take calcium and vitamin d. I don't know about k2 sorry.

I take statins and vitamin d but would like to take magnesium but I don’t know if this is okay with statins, any ideas?
