RLS is not as bad now
I have done the low-oxalate diet for 2 weeks now. Something has helped, but I am taking 4 things: 1. low-oxalate diet 2. more calcium and magnesium with that (total a day 2400 mg cal and 800 mag) 3. iron every other day on empty stomach 4. Hyland's Magnesia Phosphorica 30X Tablets (4, 4x a day)

L-thyroxine malabsorption due to calcium carbonate impairs blood pressure, total cholesterolemia, and fasting glycemia
Abstract PURPOSE:
Calcium
carbonate
was previously shown to interfere with L-thyroxine absorption. To estimate the magnitude of tablet L-thyroxine malabsorption caused by
calcium
carbonate
, with resulting increase in serum thyrotropin (TSH), we performed a cohort study in a referral care center.

Both ankles regularly swollen & sore bottoms of feet
Just wondering, anyone else dealt with this? My ankles on both sides/both legs swell almost daily, and I don’t know why. My doctor had me do some tests, and I came up potentially hypothyroid. I have to go back for more tests in about a week. I also take Lithium Carbonate and Paroxetine (Paxil).

I assume the high levels of
calcium

might have triggered nausea. That and the anxiety. I am still uncertain.

Diagnosed with coronary artery disease and unstable angina feel anxious
Hi all, I have cad and unstable angina, I was diagnosed 18 months ago. I'm on the usual meds statins, calcium channel blockers, beta blockers, aspirin and, my gtn spray which I can't do without... I feel I was diagnosed, which was a shock and then left to fend for myself, I feel alone in all this

Bone loss - loss of flexibility, can’t tie up shoe lace - Denosumab (Prolia)
Just a further question to yesterday’s post on Osteoporosis, a couple of years’ ago I had a couple of mets which were treated but had caused bone loss on my pelvis. My lastest scans thankfully shows no further activity but I’m currently finding that I’m losing flexibility and cannot move my right leg

Six years into PMR. What should my GP be testing me for?
I have had PMR for 6 years and have never successfully got below 10mg per day. I recently tried a DSNS to reduce to 9mg over 2 months and I just couldn't do it. 10 mg is where I really need to be. I am so lucky that I have few and minor side effects and am happy to stay at 10mg to maintain my quality

I honestly don’t even know if this is the right forum to post on, but my Doctor says that it’s Fibromyalgia causing this, so here I am. I’m 20 years old, I have endometriosis, fibromyalgia, Gastroparisis, and Polycystic Kidney Disease. I’m honestly just never... ‘well.’ I’m always sick every single
