Hi Goldenheart, I noticed you haven’t yet had any replies, I think a little more description would help. What’s been happening to you, what you are asking, and how other members experience or ideas might be useful to you,

Do try again. Forum members are usually very generous with their time.....and sharing their experiences.

Hi, thankyou for your reply. Im on tildiem, for coronary artery spasm. I also have episodes of arrythmias, my alive cor has captured many ,a fib, what looks like a flutter, and episodes with long pauses,,,my cardio last year suggested possible sick sinus node dysfunction. Recently, i have weird symptoms after eating and drinking at times,,,light headedness, weak sensation, chest pain. Im aware tikdiem can cause problems with the sinus node, so just curious as to if others have experienced the symptoms ive mentioned above, and if there symptoms have been due to chanel blockers? Thankyou.

Hi Goldenheart,

I live with vasospastic angina too and take high doses of Diltiaziem.

I haven't had any problems with arrthymias on Diltiaziem however with Ranolazine I did.

I do sometimes experience chest pain after eating.

I suggest you keep a log of your symptoms and get back to your Cardiologist and discuss these new symptoms with them.

Maybe contact you GP to see if they can get you seen sooner by your Cardiologist?
