Curious
I just started using the flexitpuch plus. I hear many of you talking about breathing exercises. No one ever mentioned that to me. Could anyone tell me what they are? Thanks so much

anxiety: how do you handle it
I’ve been having panic attacks about once a week and it triggers me to make impulsive decisions like starting arguments. I’ve tried breathing exercises which helps sometimes. What do you all recommend that helps? 🙂

Bronchiectasis and use Pulmicort with tooth issues.
Hello, I have Bronchiectasis and use Pulmicort. I cannot do this at the moment due to a temporary filling. Will be in until after Christmas. Worried the force may pop it out when nothing open. I have fragile teeth. Had to stop using my Acapella. Therefore switched to upping my breathing exercises

Emergency Room Visit: Besremi and Afib?
It was a stressful week last two weeks as my husband had open heart surgery on November 21 and I'm taking care of him at home now. Post Viral Breathlessness
Hi guys, I had a virus about a month ago which seems to have knocked my asthma over a cliff. After two courses of antibiotics and two courses of steroids my chest is absolutely clear of infection but I'm still breathless. I finished my second course of steroids on Saturday and thought I was better but

Reverse damage heart palpitations and pain
Just wondering how long would one possibly do B12 injections to start helping with the heart pain and palpitations? Edit; I have had a stress test( Normal stress echocardiogram) and ANS testing , the ANS indicated Parasympathetic Excess. So I have started breathing exercises and I am exercising.

low B12 - should I ask for injections?
I am 47 years old and suffer from dizziness (off balance and not able to walk for long distances and the heart races) and anxiety. After 15 years of being fobbed off as anxious and being asked to do breathing exercises, Last year, I found that I was low in B12 and got liquid supplements. I must add that
