copd at my wits end

hi I suffer with mental health issues also cfs and copd I can not seem to get rid off my cough and bad breathing I’m trying to do exercise a little also my cough has been more or less for two days I’m on a 24 hour puffer plus the blue one any tips

Good morning Kenko123. Sounds like you need to get checked out by a doctor or Respiratory nurse to try and sort the cough out and then it will help your anxiety lots. .hope you feel better soon. Brian

hi ya went docs all my sats are fine it’s my sinuses blocked which is making my breathing bad because I’m stressing and worrying it’s a flare up off copd many thanks for your help
