Reverse damage heart palpitations and pain

Just wondering how long would one possibly do B12 injections to start helping with the heart pain and palpitations?

Edit;

I have had a stress test( Normal stress echocardiogram) and ANS testing

, the ANS indicated Parasympathetic Excess. So I have started breathing exercises and I am exercising.

You need to see a cardiologist regarding heart pain. It may or may not be linked to your B12 issues.

have you seen a cardiologist? Might not be connected.

Heart/chest pain, palpitations, and tachycardia may be caused by low iron and/or low ferritin (iron stores).

Low iron and low B12 are often found together.

Some people with low iron find they can't improve their iron levels until they improve their B12 levels first.

I don't know if folate comes into the equation too.

So, get an iron panel done and compare your results to optimal levels. This link has one suggested set of optimal results for iron :

Ferritin alone doesn't tell you enough about your iron. You also need Serum Iron, Transferrin Saturation %, and TIBC (Total Iron Binding Capacity).

It is perfectly possible to have low ferritin and high serum iron. This means different things for your health than high ferritin and low serum iron.

As someone who has had very low iron/ferritin I have found that the chest pain, palpitations, and tachycardia (fast heart rate) goes away or improves when iron/ferritin is improved.

Thank you!

I believe my iron is low ish, but that makes sense since I recently started the B12. I will ensure I keep up on m Iron.

My folate came back on the low side (7.3), I had recently switched to Folinic Acid, but seems that I need Methlyfolate instead.
