Relieve pain in the penis, scrotum and perineum?
Pain in the penis, scrotum, and perineum can be distressing, but there are several approaches that may help relieve the discomfort. Here are some suggestions: 1. Apply warm compress: Placing a warm compress or towel on the affected area can help relax the muscles and reduce pain. Ensure the compress

Panic Attacks while driving
In November 2021, On the day of my brothers funeral, I was involved in four car chain reaction accident that totaled my car ( I wasn't at fault). After the accident, I was driving without any issues whatsoever until February of this year when I had my first panic attack while driving. I've asked my

Confused. Any advice appreciated!
Having been diagnosed only 12 days ago I found myself back in A & E in the early hours of this morning! I reckon this attack started about half an hour before I woke as I'm sure I sort of new I had it. Woke up at 4 am to full blown AF. Tried breathing exercises, reading, walking around but by 6am realised

Psst... It's a new day but my past keeps following me
I tell myself that every morning. It's a new day but I'm dragging the past around behind me in this new day. I recently have realized that the negativity I think about myself and my situations has been utterly destroying my life. I constantly dwell upon things I could have done differently better choices

BP with COPD and Thyroid
I’ve been on 75 aspirin; bisoprolol 6.25mg daily; Ranolazine 375mg twice daily; and PRALUENT injections from when I had a stent fitted and my bp 145/78 pulse 58 which was great but my bp has gradually increased to 157/85 pulse 67 , I was on Allopurinol before stent was filled but I kept swelling up!

Hi friends, i’ve been wearing t maskers every night (hearing aids with Beltone app white noise), otherwise i cant sleep. My dr gave me 2 100mg gabapentine and 5mg valium to take at night. I’ve been doing this for a month or so but the T is even louder, had to take half a zopiclone at 2am last night.
