Starting again, again!
Lost my way big time. Have a fatty liver, high cholesterol, high glucose and high blood sugar! Tried a fasting diet but felt really ill. So back to calorie counting and walking more.

Hypo feeling type two diabetes
Hi all I am type two diabetic, if my sugars go down to 5 .5 it makes my legs and arms tingle, does anyone else have this? I thought it needed to be nearer to 3 before I felt it or is that more type 1? what is a good number to try to keep within with type two? And what is a good number to wake up to?

Low carb/keto and running...
Just completed my last run of c25k! Last week I found it my HBA1C levels were 42 which is just in prediabetes range. I did a bit of research and started ketogenic diet, but my last 2 runs felt like really hard work. Anyone have any advice in low carb and running? Thanks 🙏

Constant bouts of Itching
I was diagnosed as to having PMR just under 3 years ago. Currently reducing from 7.5mg /day to 7.0mg/day, using DSNS taper schedule, as I have had problems at this level before, and had to increase the dosage back up again. For the last year or so, I have suffered with extreme bouts of itching, and

Processed carbs
Eating processed carbs can measurably increase liver fat, signaling damaging inflammation. That’s because processed carbs increase your triglyceride & glucose levels, damaging your liver. Repeat that too many times & you'll join the ever-increasing number of those who are obese.

Anyone else suspect hypothyroidism for the cause of heavy periods, fibroids, dysmenorrhea and menorrhagia?
I,ve got my first proper gynae appointment on Monday, after suffering from extremely heavy periods, dysmenorrhea since my cycle changed last February. I became severely anaemic as I was losing so much blood, with longer periods and less time in between them (went from regular 28 days to 10-14) I have

Diabeties?
Hi Again and apologies for being a pain. Thought I'd start a separate post about something specific although I'm still trying to figure out why i'm so ill at the moment but so many symptoms match diabetes especially with the weight loss the week prior to hospital and the increased urination and I'm so
