Only just started...
I've only been eating low-carb and exercising hard for 9 days so far, but I've lost just over 5lbs. Feeling proud not just of the weight loss, but hunger pangs have faded, my fitness is improving and I'm feeling teeny tiny muscles starting to form. Whilst I know it's a good start, I want to lose around

Would appreciate some input on newest labs!
I went to the lab two weeks ago and got my results today (seeing hormone doctor later this week). I feel quite confused and I'd really appreciate some feedback on them (long post!) I have been on 5 grains of Thyroid-S for the past two years. Last year, I even tried raising it after labs came back: TSH

Borderline of diabetes
I think I am in borderline of diabetes as my sugar reading are different in different labs while some result showed normal and in some other diabetes. I bought accucheck and monitor it online. Usually in morning it's below 100 but after two hours of lunch it's around 140-170. How far is accucheck correct

The diabetic Epidemic....
There is a staggering amount of misinformation on diabetes, a growing epidemic that afflicts more than 29 million people in the United States today. The sad truth is this: it could be your very OWN physician perpetuating this misinformation.... The latest diabetes statistics, echo an increase in diabetes

Serum b12 levels.
Hi, I just want to query advice given at times here on serum b12 levels. As somebody who has had b12 problems and has hypothyroidism I find the common suggestion here that serum b12 should be at least 500 quite confusing. In fact I have read a comment on the PA forum very recently by one of the administrators
