Eating processed carbs can measurably increase liver fat, signaling damaging inflammation.

That’s because processed carbs increase your triglyceride & glucose levels, damaging your liver. Repeat that too many times & you'll join the ever-increasing number of those who are obese.

Fat (aka triglycerides) are good (see LCHF)?

Processed carbs cause an increase in blood glucose, which causes an increase in insulin, which "stores" ( or tends to result in an excess of) fat.

Energy metabolism is very complicated - but what is the relationship between Keytones and triglycerides?

I lost 35kg by cutting out (processed) carbs and eating more fat.

(Intermittent) Fasting also helps.
