No Pain No Gain
With grit determination I accomplished the 9 week conditioning period, at best running 7Km. With combined focus on diet I have lost 8lbs, & to really ice the cake my Type 2 Diabetes medication has been reduced. You would think life is pretty easy now, however.... I have just discovered my running posture

I don’t have wheat allergy, but i also don’t know to what degree trace amount of gluten effects me. Such as what

Vitamin A Toxic Liver
So I think my fibrosis comes from overuse of vitamin A. I took it for years to treat cystic acne and it did help. But when I was having bad breakouts I took more than I should. I was told it could be toxic by one doctor. I just thought " it's a vitamin, how bad can it be?" And nothing seemed wrong.

9 Healthy Nuts That Are Low in Carbs
Nuts are known for being high in healthy fats and plant-based protein while being low in carbs. Therefore, most nuts can fit into a low-carb eating plan, though certain kinds are particularly low in carbs. For those following stricter low-carb diets like the ketogenic diet, sticking to lower-carb nuts

Hello!
New here so just a big Hello first! So I've just got back from my first Couch to 5K run, my first attempt at running for over a year! Hopefully the first step to reversing my type 2 diabetes or at least coming of medication, and to bringing down my blood pressure.

I was diagnosed with PMR and GCA in May. My Pred dose has not got below 20 since beginning of July. Just keeps flaring up! Am struggling with sleep, depression (GP said caused by high prolonged doses of steroids)and real anger issues, which is unlike me. I feel so lost and sad. Please tell me I’m not
