Is this normal?
I hope you are all well ☺️ I've not had an official diagnosis of PBC as my ALP is normal and the drs are looking to do more
blood
tests
before they do a biopsy etc. I'm wondering if it's normal to feel run down most of the time?

My doctors have just done B12 and folic acid
blood
tests
, I was diagnosed in 2002 with pernicious anaemia. I have just been told that both results are high and that a doctor may want to speak to me.

My Gabapentin Dilemma
I’ve had several
blood
tests
over a couple years and my iron levels are: Total Iron level is 61 to 110. Ferritin is 112 to 133. Saturation is 22 to 33%. Binding capacity is 275 to 291. I took Pramipexole for over 30 years and it worked.

update
today I got back my
blood
tests
results. Everything normal no action. I asked about my cholesterol as I mentioned only just started on them 2 1/2 weeks when I had blood test. So I wasn’t expecting much. My perseverance has paid off yoghurt drinks with fortified Stanols. 3 grams beta glucan.

advice with latest results
There were no
blood
tests
done at the time of the scan to get an updated picture of my thyroid function so I asked for them to be done myself. My Doctor told me the results were fine when they came back to which I asked if he was sure , as I felt awful.

Recently diagnosed with hashimotos but need some advice/help
When I have asked to get
blood
tests
for vitamins etc I have been told there is no point till my bowel is moving. The only results they have shared with me are the below, having asked numerous times for the full results: your free T3 was a bit low at 3.64, just below the reference range.

Blood Test Timescales
Does anyone know how long different
blood
tests
take to turn around? A week ago I had a set of
blood
tests
done. I want convinced the nurse was not paying full attention. By COB Thursday I had (online) U&Es, LFT, Bone Profile and CRP (not requested but raised).

Potential Lupus diagnosis
No particular
blood
tests
were done for this, just a physical exam. The year 2022 was the very first time I had the (anti-nuclear) ANA blood test which came back as a positive (1/160 - 1/640) homogeneous pattern, chromosomes positive. This month (July 2024) I’ve had another positive ANA at 1/80.

Morning symptoms after taking Levo
She’s been on Levo for 30 years and her last
blood
tests
were ok. I’m also hypo and have been on these forums a while so I’ve learnt a lot about blood levels on here. Anyway, I don’t have her bloods to post up here but I was happy with them last time she had them done at her GP.

First cycle & ovulation before egg collection!
I was taken into the room for extraction but told they wanted to scan me first as they had concerns from
blood
tests
taken on Friday that ovulation was near/may have happened (I had been told to take ibuprofen 3 times a day from Friday evening). I am 33 with a very egg count - AMH level (3.4).

Advice on Blood results please?
Hi, I'm not diagnosed with any thyroid problems but have had numerous
blood
tests
over the last 4 years because of severe menopause symptoms that have not responded to HRT. Would you be able to have a look and see what you think please?

B12 * Help Please* High then low. I’m puzzled!
I had a dodgy kidney function reading and also a dodgy liver function reading on recent
blood
tests
but now apparently they are classed as ok even though the last person I spoke to said that kidney function was on the low side 🙄 Help! Thanks in advance!

I think I may have arthritis in my hands
But he said the
blood
tests
ruled out arthritis. Interestingly there is a family history of arthritis from both sides of my family. In order to alleviate the pain I ordered and used some compression gloves. Although not completely getting rid of the discomfort they helped.

PMR - increased risk of GCA
It's a long story, but I am not insured for existing conditions, i.e. asthma and PMR, due to either
blood
tests
or believe it or not, waiting for dental fillings etc, means I have been unable to take out extra cover for any of the existing conditions.

A year down the line and no further forward
My GP did
blood
tests
which she described my thyroid as being “in my boots”. I started on 50mcg daily and after a few
blood
tests
and meds titration I am now on 125mcg daily and still feel the same as I did a year ago.

However, in recent weeks I have not seen much rectal bleeding and
blood
tests
are within normal ranges. I have continued bruising on my forearms, hands and chest which seems to be part of this blood abnormality, whatever the cause may be.
