Have chronic nausea since february 2022, all tests came back negative (endoscopy, ct scan, cerebral MRI, ultrasound, fecal tests, blood tests, ECG), it's all the day and nausea is less pronounced when i take xanax
My GP said with all these tests only cause is général anxiety disorder, what do you think ? Could it be neurological ? Cardiac ?

I had a similar thing in my thirties, I would wake up at 4 a.m. wide awake feeling ok, over the next couple of hours I old feel more and more nauseous.
I had all the tests, all negative. Doctor prescribed amitriptyline and after a few months I was fine. This as over 30 years ago and the symptoms returned every few years. Looking back I can see that my life as full of stress and this was probably the root cause.
I was better after a couple of months the first time, although it took about 6 months to be totally back to normal.
On subsequent episodes I was aware that I was getting worse and my GP prescribed more amitriptyline and I got better after a month or so. The trick was to catch it quick.
Subsequent episodes got further did further apart and I’ve been clear since I retired about 10 years ago.
Good luck, I hope that amitriptyline works for you
It could be, neurological, I'd been having some issues with leg cramps/spasms and vision issues first thing in the morning. The catalyst was when I slipped on ice banging my head and knocking myself out. Ten years later three GP surgeries and approximately 15 doctors at said surgeries, along with multiple emails recorded letters stating since knocking myself out still not diagnosed correctly.
Simple night cramps and prescribed quinine sulphate pills but they have don't resolve it.
Then moved away from that town and up north of UK better medical professionals.
The most similar thing I experienced was when I was in a prolonged stressful period. I'd have a little nausea, but most of the time I'd feel like I got punched in the stomach.
I went to the doctor. He ran some tests (including got the germ that causes ulcers, even though he was sure I didn't have ulcers), and recommended that I go to counseling for the stress.
(The treatment that I needed...to get a new job, with a different boss. The stress was 50% due to the boss, 40% due to the job, and 10% due to finances.)
I finally got a new job and went to counseling, and THEN my doctor decided to put me on anti-anxiety medication. That was over a year after I went to him about the stomach issues. (I was also diagnosed with ADHD at the same time. My undiagnosed and untreated ADHD has contributed to my job issues, but that boss was just not a good match for me at all!)
I do all possible tests, by now i'm on paxil, it turn off symptoms at 50% but yesterday evening i was so nauseous but even more dizzy... it's very difficult to manage
