today I got back my blood tests results. Everything normal no action. I asked about my cholesterol as I mentioned only just started on them 2 1/2 weeks when I had blood test. So I wasn’t expecting much. My perseverance has paid off yoghurt drinks with fortified Stanols. 3 grams beta glucan. Low does prevastatin 10% only just started. Mine is usually high. 4.67. Now that’s a big improvement to my usual 7 or higher so really pleased

Well done , keep up the good work.Have you been doing any other activity that helped with it as well or did you make any other changes to your diet as well as the yoghurt drinks?

I'm sure people would be interested in what other things you did or had to help improve your results.
