Are all Blood Pressure Meds Awful?
Then sadly last year my
blood
tests
showed I was low in sodium and high in potassium to the point my meds had to change quickly. I tried doxasozin, which rendered me comatose and caused frequent highly urgent trips to the loo. Losartan I can’t have as it lowers sodium, they say.

anyone with AIT and Lichen Sclerosis?
I will suggest she gets
blood
tests
for AIT and vitamins too. Does following an auto immune diet help anyone? Dairy? Gluten? Vitamin D? I must have asked her to test her vitamin D about a hundred times but she doesn’t get around to it. Just hoping to make her more comfortable thanks 🌱

Some evidence to take to Gp needed please.
I asked her to get a copy of her last couple of years of
blood
tests
and guess what, from the levels not one time was she over medicated. Her Tsh that her gp likes to dose by has been in range constantly and the last 2
blood
tests
showed she was undermedicated.

primary billiary cirrhosis and blood tests
Hi Wondered if anyone could answer this question for me. I’ve been diagnosed with primary billary cirrhosis. Is that different to any other type of cirrhosis or is that the same ? I’m wondering if this is why they have prescribed me URSO acid. thank you

My recent
blood
tests
indicate high inflammation markers. My question to you learned and experienced folk is could arthritis cause the markers to be high? I have no other ailments at this time. Also stopped taking pantaprazole .

Blood
tests
; stool samples followed, and a year ago at last a formal diagnosis of IBS d. I have read a little, and taken notice of posts on this site, and watched some YouTube videos. I am a little wiser.

Worried
All
blood
tests
and chest X-ray came back clear so I was sent home when levels dropped under 100. As soon as I got home, everything came back including the racing heart.

Took daughter for some
blood
tests
this morning and had a discussion with phlebotomist, B12, auto immune stuff, etc. I have told her about HealthUnlocked and asked her to look it up as there are lots of forums. What saddened me most is how anxious she was about B12.

thyroid test results
Collapsed at keep fit session, casualty doctor carried out
blood
tests
and results indicated abnormal thyroid readings. Local health centre doctor took further bloods and said the results were normal with a reading of 13 on a scale of between 8 - 18? We cannot find a test using this scale?

PD, Vitamin B1 and blood testing
In this case of B1, my
blood
tests
are showing me at 495-504 vis-a-vis the "In range" being 78-185.
Does anyone have references or experience using blood-testing results to monitor if one is over-dosing B1 when applying Dr.

Thyroid blood tests results - Help required
I had a thyroidectomy in 2017. I have had an ongoing battle with GP's over treatment. My latest TSH that my GP tested was 0.07. This was the only test he carried out having refused to test F4 & F3. I was on 75mg T4 & 10mg T3. GP lowered T4 to 50mg against my wishes. Six weeks later I had gained

Dipstick tests never really show infection so 3 urines have been sent to lab since this started and I consistently have Red
blood
cells. I have had
blood
tests
to check kidney function and they were all fine. I have been told to try Pivmecillinam- has anyone tried this anti biotic before?

Is anyone else of my age 79 on higher dose, and are they o.k.Have
blood
tests
on 14th Dec and they will probably tell a story. It is a case of weighing up the risks and benefits as I know dr persey will put me back on higher dose if crp increased to what it was.I know you can’t give meds advice, but wondered

I don’t have muscle weakness, or raynaulds or sun sensitivity but must

Husband’s nurses sent Dr round to see me on Monday, had
blood

yesterday. CRP 29.5; ASAT 70; GGT 800; ferritin 788; CST 14%; Hoping to hear from Dr soon, but what should I expect?

About to start week 3!
I've got my repeat
blood
tests
Wednesday and eye doctor on Friday. I managed one single tear yesterday -- an achievement! I am actually feeling quite tired today so I might need to take it easy. Going to have a nice fruit smoothie now and relax before continuing some work.

blood test
(Normal for me as I have low iron) I went for some
blood
tests
to check my iron was 13 which is high for me. The DR said my liver blood were low so needs to retest he did say my other test (unsure what it was called) was good though.
