So the latest health thing is that I have started balling my hands up really tightly while sleeping into fists. Its happened a few nights now and today both of my hands running down my wrists are very very sore. My knuckles were hurting on each hand (and one toe!) yesterday, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Hey ho.
Despite that I'm still going to get out today, sore hands or not. I've got my repeat blood tests Wednesday and eye doctor on Friday. I managed one single tear yesterday -- an achievement!
I am actually feeling quite tired today so I might need to take it easy. Going to have a nice fruit smoothie now and relax before continuing some work. Maybe I'll try run in daylight hours so I can soak in some of the lovely sunshine outside. Here's to week 3!

Do try simple, routines before you settle to sleep... open and close fists, wiggle the fingers... spread out the hands and then just let them relax. Apparently fist clenching is not bad for you... but the soreness you are getting is not good.
Thanks so much! I did go out and I felt good for it. A bath afterwards was lovely and the heat helped. Today was however the worse day I've ever experienced for my hands. So painful all day and they're still weak and sore. Almost could not work. Thankful to be seeing a rheumatologist on Monday. Will keep going with week 3, the rest of me apart from eyes and hands seems ok!!
What part of Ireland are you? Where there's β sunshine. I'm on the East Coast and it's baltic these last few days. Well done for battling the health issues, it certainly an added complication to getting fit after a break.
I'm almost ready to restart C25k after a tendon tear so depending on Mri I may start soon or perhaps walk and start to run in the New Year.
