Angular Cheilitis?
Ive also read it could be folate levels but I think this may be checked on my monthly RA
blood
tests
? I've sent a pic to my GP today but wondered if any of you suffered from this too? I'm also suffering with bowel issues of which I'm waiting for a CT scan.

Medication
I've recently had
blood
tests
my gp has called me in for an assessment. I know he's going to push meds on me. Their main concern for me is triglycerides I'm borderline diabetic. Has anyone else found this issue with side effects. I'm dreading going to be honest. I'm in a good place at the moment.

every test under the sun but no apparent cause for elevated liver numbers
I understand why she would like to know why her
blood
tests
are not normal, at the back of her mind she probably worried as her dad died fairly young of liver disease/tumor. Is it normal to identify the reason behind elevated liver numbers?

Post op concerns
I just don't feel that well, although post op
blood
tests
state that my thyroid is functioning normally. Thank God. How long does it take to fully recover from a partial Thyroidectomy? Is there anything I can do or take to reduce the swelling at the incision site?

Non Diabetic Hypoglycemia!
I demanded
blood
tests
to check if underlying condition maybe causing the itching ( even though still 90% convinced it's meds- Dapagliflozin is my prime suspect!) ...so all normal bar one test...today gets told I have non diabetic hypoglycemia 😠Anyone else have this?

I had an under active thyroid, been taking 50mg levothyroxine for 1 yr, 3 blood tests since all show perfect levels but I can’t lose weight.
Even though my
blood
tests
show that I’m on the correct dose of Levothyroxine since having a hemi-thyroidectomy, I cannot shift the pounds, even though I am eating very few calories every day.

My progress
I’d had
blood
tests
a month ago with my GP and they were fine. So the result is I’ve been told that they will book an echo for me in two years time and they don’t want to see me until then despite my having slight leakage on another heart valve and signs of bundle block on my ECG.

Nightime episodes IBS?
I have had lots of
blood
tests
with nothing showing as abnormal. I am a 63 year old female and don’t take any medication. Do these sound like IBS symptoms to you? Thanks.

Metabolic changes from prednisone
Had
blood
tests
a month ago and cholesterol is one third higher than normal range. GP tells me that prednisone can cause metabolic changes by increasing blood sugars that would cause this. I have always been slim and athletic with no family history of stroke or heart disease.

Advice moving forward?
When I talked to the gp, he sent me for more
blood
tests
. He says that my tests have come back as normal for B12 now, Iron and vit D within range. And intrinsic factor negative. so I have to wait until my next scheduled b12 injection in 2.5 Months.

High dose Prednisolone and effects
Hi, I was diagnosed with PMR, 8 years ago and was down to 2mg of prednisolone, however 3 weeks ago I ended up in A&E being told I’d developed GCA, after CT head scans and
blood
tests
. Also had a temporal artery biopsy. I was prescribed 60mg of prednisolone, tapering gently so still on 50.

First blood tests since starting Abi.
Yesterday I saw the MO and when he entered the room he had a bid smile. My Psa that had climbed from 6.6 in March to 19.14 on Sept. 5 had dropped to 4.74 yesterday. ALP was 141 Sept 5 and down to 114 yesterday. I started taking low dose Abi on Sept 9 so total treatment was 24 days. To say he was happy
