Sleep Aids
So I'm considering talking with my doctor about sleep aids. I've tried melatonin in the past, but I don't think it really works for me. I've tried changing my routine around bedtime, getting more exercise etc. but the reality is that my difficulty falling asleep has to do with my anxiety. Some days

Presentation
I have a presentation next week that I am extremely anxious about. What makes it worse is I have to go last so I will have hours while other people are presenting to panic over it. I plan on taking a .5 klonopin and some melatonin the night before so that I can sleep. Then a .5 Xanax about an 20/30

Hi All,
I haven't written anything on the forum for sometime now but have been reading a lot of the new people's posts from time to time. I've had tinnitus for 32 months now and in the beginning I thought my life would never be the same as it was before T started and didn't think I would ever cope with it but

Insomnia in Fibromyalgia
Hi, I'm suffering from acute insomnia I have about 14hrs sleep a week. I was desperate for sleep as it had affected my eating patterns, mood and turned night into day and vice versa. My doctor prescribed Zopiclone which I have found really does not agree with me, I have had an awful reaction eg palpitations

Ever since I first started having anxiety three weeks ago, I have been taking supplements. I take two magnesium citrates, a 5-HTP, valerian roots, and 4 anti-stress anxiety pills from whole foods (two in morning, two at night). Anybody know if this is bad at all? Cause sometimes during moments of high

CBD oil...? Let's see here..
Tell everyone, my name is Sarah and I'd to know a bit more about CBD oil. I won't completely go into things but medications are driving me crazy. I simply won't ever be able to sleep without taking at least 10 or more pills every night. That's ok if my 10mg Zolpidem Tartrate isn't working the best, they

B VITAMINS ARE VITAL. I did not recover from Hashi's til I took individual B vitamins
DO YOU REALLY NEED ALL 8 B VITAMINS? Most medical students are taught that people do not need vitamins and supplements. If you eat a balanced diet, they are told, you get all of the nutrients needed. I was told this in medical school and it is still the mantra being disseminated decades later. The

I have been taking .25 mg clonazepam every night to prevent REM behavior disorder for a couple years. What is liver disease really like, a post transplant reflection on the experience
a good read from a cirrhosis warrior There are some things I would like to say. Things I realized over a long period of time. Your mileage may vary, but I bet some things will ring familiar. I hope my articulation of them, serves, such as it is. When you have cirrhosis, it is the beginning of a reduction

How to shake off nasty comments from person at support group?
Hi everyone, I was able to go to a CFS support group meeting this Monday for the first time. The coordinator is lovely and probably half the group seem like people I can relate to. There was one lady though who kept talking over everyone else, interrupting, snapping at people, raising her voice etc.
