Trying to lower dose of roponirole and affecting sleep
I am new to this post. I have been taking 1.5 MGs at night of roponirole for over a year. I am trying to wean myself off of it, and have reduced my dosage to 1 MG for the past three weeks. I have noticed that I can only sleep about four hours. I tried taking Phenitropic when I would wake up, but discontinued

Does injecting B12 deplete other vitamins ?
I’ve been SI B12 for more than 12 months. First weekly.....then after trial and error 1 every 2 weeks. At the start when I was deficient (B12) my GP also gave me 5mg Folic Acid. After my annual blood test last September I was put on 400ug Folic Acid.....my B12 levels were 3000 but GP didn’t mention

CBD oil
Have just started taking Holland and Barrett CBD oil 2.5%, mainly as I barely sleep at all. RLS not bad at the moment so unsure if it’s helping this. I took about 4 drops the last couple of nights and an hour and a half later I was fallen no asleep in front of the TV. I went to bed and didn’t fall asleep

Lessons from the liver road. TJ O'Rourke is a multi decade traveler of liver disease and he offers perspective to patients and caregivers.
There are some things I would like to say. Things I realized over a long period of time. Your mileage may vary, but I bet some things will ring familiar. I hope my articulation of them, serves, such as it is. When you have cirrhosis, it is the beginning of a reduction of your liver's ability to deal

Neuro appointment
I had a fantastic appointment with my neurologist on Tuesday! You may remember I got to see my original one again. It was so much better! I spent an hour with him going over what we’d done the last six years, which was pretty much nothing. He wasn’t impressed. When he had me walk down the hall I’d

If your child is taking a stimulant medication and is getting negative side effects or the medication has stopped working like it used to...
I highly recommend they take supplements with their medication. At 25 I thankfully found out I had ADHD, then researched/hyperfocused for about 6 months and then got myself evaluated and diagnosed. I started taking my medication and came up with a nootropic stack of necessary and crucial supplements

Best treaments for insomnia
Hi I have insomnia due to the Pristiq that I take for anxiety and depression. I have a very hard time getting a good nights sleep. Melatonin and an occasional hydroxyzine have helped in the past but are beginning to not work so well. I try and exercise at least every other day, I don’t look at my phone

Sleep troubles
My 9 year old says he’s having trouble sleeping. He takes 20 mg Ritalin at 7am and another dose at 11am. It should be out of his system by 3 or 4 pm, but the past week he’s had trouble. I gave him a melatonin supplement but he said it didn’t help. Any tips??

Rough nights
So lately my 3 year old has been needing to take melatonin to go to sleep at night as he is so off the walls when he gets tired he would stay up until almost 11 which is unacceptable. He has also been wanting me to rock him to sleep which I must admit I love the cuddle time. He is never able to sit long

MY DAILY DOSE Well, it's been almost 10 years since I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. My toes are on a constant state of numbness combined with my toes cramping and trying to curl under. I take Gabapentin 600mg 4xs per day. It does nothing..... for my toes anyhow! I am now on the following cocktail

My list of daily supplements
Now that I am finally recovering from the flu I am going to post what the daily regimen of supplements I am taking. Prior to listing the vitamins, minerals, amino acids....I am taking, I need to relate a little history. I have a degree in sculpture and was exposed to many chemicals including toluene
